We process data on the basis of the performance of the agreement with the client and, where applicable, on the basis of a legal obligation or a legitimate interest.
Suppliers only receive what is needed to deliver: usually a name, an address and the order details. We also work with processors for hosting, email and accounting, with whom we have concluded data processing agreements.
We do not sell data to third parties.
We keep invoice and order data for seven years, in line with the fiscal retention obligation. We delete account data within three months after a user no longer needs access.
